Heat-welded rail technology
The rails of the board are the only area where the 2 main components of the board; the deck and the bottom are connected. Therefore, it's a critical area for air leaking. However, the Heat-welding the rails is the only way to avoid a board leaking over after the long term. We adopt mechanically bond the rail layers to the inside drop stitch PVC. This makes the board more durable, longer lasting, and better for the environment.

UV printing

Compared to traditional silk-screen printing, UV printing brings us more options when designing paddle boards, no matter how complicated the design pattern or colors, it's no problem for us now. Besides this, it makes the printing clear without scraping and fading, and also can last for a longer time.
